Owner, Margaret Dixon is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University. She has a bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Institutional Management. She is a previous employee of Nassau County Department of Health where she worked in the Office of Food Protection for over 10 years. She has also received an extensive education in Nutrition at Queens College. Margaret is also a co-owner of New York Food Safety Consulting.
